Common Questions About Nutrition, Health and Wellness Workshops

During nutrition workshops participants take a more active learning role because workshops involve discussions and practical work, as well as lecture-like instruction.
During a workshop scenario, participants are listening, working, doing, thinking, pondering, processing, asking, sharing, mingling, creating, collaborating and more.
The difference between the two is that a health, wellness and nutrition workshop tends to be longer (1-3 hours) and more hands-on, whereas the lunch and learn tends to be shorter (30-60 minutes) and more concise, though still incorporating an interactive element.
Furthermore, nutrition workshops are more suitable in an in-person, on-site scenario where participants have longer time to engage in topic exploration.
Lunch and learns, on the other hand, are more suitable and much more popular largely because of their condensed nature.

Here’s how the process of booking a nutrition workshop works:

We offer sessions 1-3 hours long.
Take a look at the list of topics we offer and decide which one is of interest to your group.
Please note: For maximum effectiveness select only one topic per workshop.
Next, determine if you’d like to book a one-time nutrition, health and wellness session or a series.
Please note: We offer reduced pricing of 10% off for a series of 3 or more workshops.
Select a date and time for your nutrition workshop(s).
We request at least 3 weeks advanced notice for all bookings.
Please note: For booking purposes, we are located in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
Our operating hours are 9a.m.-9p.m. EST. For bookings outside of these hours, additional fees apply.
We request at least 24-hours’ notice for cancellations of all presentations. Re-booking fees apply.
