Qualifications

Kinga Balogh, RD, Health Coach

Kinga is a registered dietitian and a University of Toronto graduate. She is licensed with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and is an active member of Dietitians of Canada.

History

Kinga Balogh is a Toronto area registered dietitian and positive psychology-based Coaching Professional with over 18 years of experience coaching clients with disordered eating habits, body dissatisfaction and metabolic imbalances throughout their lifespan.

Kinga held the Certified Diabetes Educator designation for over 10 years (2012-2022) while working predominantly with clients affected by diabetes.

She is pursuing the prestigious IAEDP (International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals) designation, is enrolled in a 1-year mentorship program and successfully completed the emotion-focused coaching program for eating disorder professionals.

She possesses strong academic foundations from the University of Toronto, bringing extensive work experiences from university-affiliated research institutions and hospitals. Most importantly, Kinga brings authentic lived experiences and deeply rooted passion to assist clients achieve physical, mental and social well-being. While not working, Kinga enjoys an active lifestyle with her family, gets creative with her kids in the kitchen, immerses herself in a book or contemplates life while enjoying a nourishing beverage.
