Qualifications

Jessica Pfile, Registered Dietitian (RD), BScFN

Jessica graduated from Western University in London, Ontario, following completion of the Honours Specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics program. This is where she obtained her degree in Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition (BScFN).

Jessica is registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and is a Member of Dietitians of Canada.

Jessica is a compassionate and non-judgmental dietitian who finds fulfillment in genuinely helping her clients. She takes the time to listen empathetically to her clients’ needs and is deeply committed to supporting their physical and mental well-being. By focusing on a habits-based approach, Jessica emphasizes the importance of creating sustainable change as a cornerstone of her counselling. She is dedicated to providing individualized care, recognizing that every person and every body is unique.
