History
As a former athlete herself, Natalie quickly saw the relationship between proper nutrition and sport performance. Excited about the results she was seeing, she developed a passion for helping others excel in the same way.
Dedicated to a pro-active approach, Natalie is committed to helping those love food again and what it can do for their body in a positive way. In addition to her expertise in sports nutrition, Natalie also specializes in digestive health and IBS. Supporting clients in removing the fear from food to help manage their symptoms has been her tool to success over the last few years and has helped many individuals including herself live a regular life regardless of their digestive health.
In her spare time, Natalie likes staying active with weekly hot yoga sessions and spending time outside with family and friends. You can often find her researching new recipes for clients and experimenting in the kitchen to be able to share them confidently with her clients.
